This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through tfmxts.com (the "Site").
Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways: information you voluntarily submit, and limited anonymized analytics about how visitors use the Site.
Information you submit:

Anonymized analytics (Plausible): We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service, to understand aggregate Site usage. Plausible does not use cookies, does not track users across sites, does not collect personal data, and does not retain IP addresses. Data collected is limited to non-identifying metrics such as page URLs visited, referring sites, browser type, operating system, device type, and country-level geography. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual visitors. Plausible is compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR. For more information, see Plausible's data policy.

How We Use Your Information
Information submitted through the intake form is used solely to:

We may disclose information only in the following limited circumstances:
- To professional service providers (such as legal counsel or accountants) who are bound by confidentiality obligations, where disclosure is necessary to conduct our business;
- When required by law, court order, subpoena, or other legal process;
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of Transformyx Technology Services, our clients, or the public;
